What can change the final price

01

Daily vehicle rate

The displayed amount is the vehicle’s daily rate. It remains similar with a driver or as a self-drive rental.

02

Each calendar date counts as one day

The rate is calculated by calendar date: for example, a rental from the 06th to the 07th counts as 2 days. Standard hours are 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. Earlier pickup, late return or service after midnight requires prior approval and, for chauffeur service, specific driver arrangements.

03

Self-drive rental only

A refundable security deposit may be required only for a self-drive rental. The amount and required documents are confirmed before you book.

04

Travel outside Yaoundé

Destination, distance, duration, fuel, tolls and parking are calculated for the requested itinerary.

05

Driver’s overnight stay

If the driver stays overnight outside Yaoundé, accommodation and the agreed overnight allowance appear as separate quote items.

Before you confirm

The quote lists the vehicle, rental days, itinerary, fuel, tolls, parking, overnight driver fee and, for self-drive rental only, any security deposit.
